This time, the conditional is no longer appropriate. Switzerland has indeed passed its Covid summer peak without having needed to take any particular measures. Contaminations are down for the second week in a row. The Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP) announced this Tuesday afternoon 37,740 new cases for the last week, while there were 49,750 the previous week. That is a decline of 24%.
