South Korea’s “Cool Dragon” is a two-person group composed of Gu Junye and Jiang Yuanlai. The two debuted in 1996 and have been in the music scene for nearly 26 years. The group officially went overseas in 1998 and became popular in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Therefore, it is called “the ancestor of Hallyu”. Although “Cool Dragon” has rarely been united in front of the fluorescent screen now, the brotherhood of Ku Junye and Jiang Yuanlai, who have known each other for almost 40 years, has also moved the outside world quite a bit.
