Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent a letter to Brazilian President Lula da Silva expressing his desire to increase cooperation between Brazil and China. The letter was congratulating left-wing leader Lula on his election as the president of Brazil. Lula has confirmed that she received the letter from the Chinese president.
