COP28: Former French PM Urges Global Climate Action in Exclusive Interview

The 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is regarding to open in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin said in an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Service that the current global climate change situation is extremely severe. The international community should implement the Paris Agreement and take concrete actions. France and China should join hands to deal with climate change.
