Olario Cosmin, technical director of Sharjah (Al-King), talked about the difference between his upcoming match against Al-Nasr (Al-Ameed) from their meeting about a week ago in the ADNOC Professional League.
The two teams had met at the top of the 13th round of the competition, to draw 1-1, while preparing for a clash again in the 16th round of the President’s Cup.
“Cup matches are different from the league, and require special tactics,” Kuzmin stressed.
And the man, born in the capital, Bucharest, continued, “I understand this difference, and I will work to choose the appropriate tactic that will lead the king to qualify.”
Kuzmin added, “The match will be difficult, as Al-Ameed is a strong opponent, and he was positively affected by his recent contracts in the winter transfer market.”
The coach, who previously led 4 Gulf teams in addition to the Saudi national team, expressed Sharjah’s good preparations for the match.
