Credit Suisse: the right of necessity, this ghost of the Swiss Constitution

The press release issued Sunday evening makes explicit reference to this: the Federal Council relied on Articles 184 and 185 of the Constitution to support the acquisition of Credit Suisse by UBS. Two articles which form what is known as the right of necessity, even if this expression does not appear in the Constitution.
