Cyclone Mocha struck Myanmar and Bangladesh – World Chronicle

Jakarta/Yangon – Category 5 cyclone Mocha has wreaked havoc in parts of Myanmar and Bangladesh. The exact extent of the damage might not be estimated on Monday. The tropical cyclone made landfall on the west coast of the two neighboring countries on Sunday with wind speeds of sometimes more than 200 kilometers per hour. It was the strongest cyclone to hit the region in more than a decade.
