The Commercial Court of Quimper pronounced this Friday, July 30 the judicial liquidation of the company Data Soluce. Founded by Simon Valadou, Nicolas Régnier and Jacques Loriot in 2016 in Paris, this innovative company was partly relocated to the innovation incubator in Quimper in 2020. Its purpose was to collect, process and make usable digital data produced in the real estate sector to find opportunities for savings by reducing the additional costs linked to errors. The target market in particular was that of local authorities and social landlords.
In 2020, this start-up, which had experienced rapid development, was ready for a new stage following the fundraising of several million euros. To obtain this participation, Data Soluce had been scrutinized: three financial audits, fifteen days of technical audit, an audit with customers…
Data Soluce was above all secured in 2020 by the two investors: the Banque des Territoires (Caisse des dépôts) and SMABTP, the construction insurer.
