Cesar “the abuser” Peralta was the one who ordered the death of David Ortiz in the Dominican Republic.
The ex-player and now a member of the hall of fame, David Ortizwas supposedly commanded to annihilate by Cesar “the abuser” Peralta because he allegedly disrespected her.
According to information given by Boston Glove, Detective Ed Davis clarified that the attack that day on David Ortiz’s life was ordered by Cesar Emilio Peralta, who is currently imprisoned in Puerto Rico.
Ed Davis was hired by David Ortiz to thoroughly investigate said malign act as well as former CIA executive Ric Padro, who was involved in the investigations. These were the ones who called David Ortiz to give him the news.

Ortiz hired ED Davis in 2019 because he was still concerned about the investigation being carried out by Jean Alain Rodríguez, who was a prosecutor in the Dominican Republic at the time and is also in jail today.
The Dominican authorities did not do what was needed at the time to find the culprit, even Ed Davis pointed out that Cesar the Abuser was fully protected by a large political force.
