No one expected it, but it’s true, Deceit, the psychological cooperative shooter will have a sequel. In Deceit 2, it’s not six but nine players who will find themselves trapped together while two of them will be infected and will seek to make blood sacrifices so that everyone switches to a parallel dimension, the In-between.
In this dimension, infected players will possess terrifying new abilities. The others will have to unite so as not to fall, if possible, into the In-between, and defeat the infected before it’s too late, using different tools and firearms. Of course, innocent players will have to be careful not to downsize their own team by shooting down the wrong people.
Difficult to say more for the moment, the page Steam of the title giving no more information or gameplay images. We can at least tell you that Deceit 2 is scheduled to be released later this year. In the meantime, you can always launch or relaunch the first one which is playable for free on Steam since October 2017.
