The two energy providers Voxenergie and Primastrom have to withdraw their price increases from December 2021. The Federal Network Agency has now decided that, as the AFP news agency reports.
The reason is that the two companies would have ignored the one-month notice period required by law. The BNetzA had already started initial investigations in May. If the two providers do not comply with the order, there is a risk of a fine of 100,000 euros each.
