Dell has presented two new Alienware monitors as well as two Dell monitors for a slightly smaller budget. The manufacturer promises smooth and smooth gaming thanks to various sync technologies and high refresh rates.
Dell has introduced four different new gaming monitors – two of them from its own gaming division Alienware. The AW2724DM QHD monitor is aimed at a casual gaming audience. According to the announcement, it has an overclocked variable refresh rate of 180 Hertz (165 Hertz native) and a grey-to-grey response time of one millisecond. The monitor is VESA Display HDR 600 certified and features VESA certified AdaptiveSync, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync compatibility.
According to Dell, the 27-inch AW2724HF Full HD monitor was specially designed for competitive gaming. The refresh rate of 360 Hertz and a grey-to-grey response time of 0.5 milliseconds should ensure a particularly smooth picture without blurring or ghosting. AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA-certified AdaptiveSync are designed to prevent stuttering when gaming.

If you work with a more manageable budget, you should also find what you are looking for at Dell. The 27-inch G2724D and 25-inch G2524H feature a Fast ISP panel with AMD FreeSync Premium, NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, and VESA-certified AdaptiveSync. According to Dell, the G2724D has a QHD resolution, VESA DisplayHDR 400, a refresh rate of 165 Hertz and a gray-to-grey response time of one millisecond. The G2524H features a Full HD display with an overclocked refresh rate of 280 Hertz (native 240) and a grey-to-grey response time of 0.5 milliseconds.

All four monitors are also equipped with TÜV-certified Comfortview Plus and are designed to protect the eyes from harmful blue light emissions.
The AW2724DM is available for an RRP of CHF 444.80. The AW2724HF is available for an RRP of CHF 417.88. The Dell G2724D is available for an RRP of CHF 317.72. The Dell G2524H will be available from June 27th. Prices are not yet known.
