Al-Marsad newspaper: The Municipality of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region obligated one of the contractors to re-implement the asphalting works on the airport road in accordance with the technical conditions and specifications, and to bear the financial costs of the scraping and re-asphalting works.
The secretariat explained that the decision came after it was found through follow-up and field monitoring that there was a defect in the implementation work.
The Municipality of the city obligated the contractor to remove the surface layer of asphalt, and to re-implement the works again in accordance with the approved technical specifications.
