Rashid Al-Raheeb, the player of the Jubail team, and a colleague of the late Youssef Al-Salem, explained the secret of the health crisis that afflicted the late player, and as a result he entered the hospital 3 weeks ago, before his health condition developed and he left our world, on Sunday evening, at the age of about 37 years.
Al-Raheeb stated: “Al-Salem suffered a sudden crisis more than 3 weeks ago, on his way to perform training with his Jubail team, and the initial tests indicated that he had bronchitis, but it seems that the matter has developed, and not as he is reported to have a stroke or the like.”
And he continued, “I saw him for the last time yesterday morning in the hospital after his death, and his face was bright and smiling.
And local reports had stated that Al-Salem had suffered a sudden health problem last month, and was transferred to a hospital and underwent treatment in intensive care.
