On charges of breach of trust, an Egyptian court sentenced Mohamed Waziri, Haifa Wehbe’s agent, to 3 years in prison, which is one of the cases brought against him, and two other cases remain in the courts.

He also signed the receipt in front of the company’s financial director, and received the checks written in favor of Haifa and received the value of the checks in cash, but he did not leave it in her account in the bank, according to what the media reported.
Last February, the Egyptian judiciary had sentenced Mohamed Waziri to 5 years in prison on charges of defrauding Haifa Wehbe of 63 million pounds, bringing the total prison sentences to 8 years.
Haifa Wehbe’s lawyer confirmed his intention to file a defamation lawsuit and a large financial compensation against Waziri due to damage to her reputation, after the court rejected the lawsuit to prove Muhammad Waziri’s marriage to Haifa Wehbe,
He wanted to go out to the media, confirming that he was secretly married to Haifa Wehbe, and she was living with him in his house and cohabiting with her husbands, and he also had a marriage contract on that.
