Mahmoud Al-Qayati, a member of the Media Center of the General Authority of Meteorology, revealed the details of the weather until the end of the week in all parts, explaining the secret of the feeling of citizens these days with high temperatures.
A member of the Media Center of the General Authority of Meteorology added, in exclusive statements to “The Seventh Day”, that the country is witnessing complete control of the seasonal depression in most parts of the Republic, and therefore wind speeds calm down, temperatures rise slightly, and the feeling of high weather increases as a result of the noticeable increase in humidity levels. .
He pointed out that with calm wind speeds, the dominance of India’s seasonal depression, and high humidity levels, the perceived temperatures rise from those measured in the shade by an average of 4 degrees Celsius, as the perceived temperatures in Cairo reach 37 degrees today.
And she revealed that starting from Wednesday, a slight and temporary rise in temperatures is expected in most parts of the Republic, as the maximum in Cairo reaches 36 degrees, and the perceived temperatures jump over Cairo to 39 degrees, and it can reach 40 degrees sometimes, for example, and the weather becomes very hot.
He added that the rise continues for 48 hours, with the dominance of the India seasonal low, calm wind activity, and high humidity levels that increase the perceived temperature by 4 degrees in some areas.
He revealed that it is expected that starting from next week, the weather will return to normal, as the weather will improve and the temperatures will return to their normal levels, recording 33 degrees in Cairo once again, with the return of wind activity, which increases the sense of improvement in weather conditions.
Al-Qayati appealed to the citizens to follow the bulletins of the Meteorological Authority during the coming period, especially as we are on the cusp of the end of the summer season, and this period usually witnesses rapid weather fluctuations.
He also appealed to the citizens to be in well-ventilated places due to the high levels of humidity and not to be exposed to direct sunlight, especially during the noon period.
And the Meteorological Authority expects that tomorrow, Tuesday, a slight rise in temperatures will be witnessed, so that hot and humid weather will prevail during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts, very hot in South Sinai and southern Upper Egypt, moderate temperature and humid at night in the north of the country to northern Upper Egypt, It is hot in South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
As the Meteorological Authority expects, tomorrow will witness a rise in humidity levels throughout the day that increases the feeling of the weather’s heat, and wind activity in some areas, which helps to soften the atmosphere, and a water mist in the morning from 4:7 am on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt. And the northern coasts, canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
As for the temperatures, tomorrow, Tuesday: Cairo will have highs of 35 degrees, Mahoussa 38 degrees, lows of 25 degrees, Alexandria highs of 32 and lows of 24 degrees, Matrouh highs of 31 and lows of 24 degrees, Sohag will highs of 40 and lows of 25 degrees, Qena highs of 40 and lows of 28 degrees, and Aswan. The high is 42 degrees, the tangible is 43, and the low is 29 degrees.
