Many people, before events, want to lose weight quickly, to appear with an attractive release and a slender body in front of others, which leads them to search for a quick diet, to obtain immediate results.

Diet for 4 days

First day

– Breakfast

A medium-sized apple with a slice of toast and 2 boiled eggs.

– lunch

Turkey or chicken slice with half a cup of fresh mushrooms and a cucumber.

– Dinner

Spinach salad with half a cup of Greek yogurt and a banana.

the second day

– Breakfast

A slice of toast with half an avocado, mashed and an apricot.

– lunch

Half a cup of tuna with a slice of toast and a slice of tomato.

– Dinner

2 boiled eggs with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a slice of toast.

the third day

– Breakfast

A slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a cup of grapes.

– lunch

Grilled fish on the grill with 2 boiled potatoes and a quarter cup of olives.

– Dinner

A cup of yogurt with half a cup of berries and a peach.

the fourth day

– Breakfast

A cup of berries with a banana and a cup of almond milk.

– lunch

Salmon slice, mashed half avocado and 2 slices of toast.

– Dinner

Spinach salad with grilled chicken slice and ½ cup black beans.

Tips for following a 4-day diet

There are guidelines that must be adhered to when following the 4-day diet, to enhance the metabolism and raise the rate of burning fat in the body, including:

Walk half an hour daily.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Avoid stress and tension.

Get enough sleep every day.
