“There was some romance at that time between Katia and Dimitris. They had already broken up with Alice. For 1-2 years, Aliki and Dimitris were separated. No one knew. They played together again in the theater and broke up. He never got over the fact that Alice was first. He went to the hospital where Vougiouklaki was and told her “Get up Pipi let’s go”, but Aliki was already in a coma. It was his great love, it was love and hate. He couldn’t breathe without Alice. And speaking of Dimitris Papamichael’s great love, he revealed who Alikis Vougiouklakis was:
“Her greatest love was George Iliadis. This marriage took place so secretly that even her mother did not find out. She believed she would find peace with him. In the three months they were married he left, went back to his children. He had problems with his children, he felt he had to go back. This decision was shocking for Alice. She was pregnant with Daskala with the blonde hair, but she was also pregnant with the Highness and the Tramp and she miscarried during filming.”
Regarding what is heard about her adventure with cancer and operations on her face, she said: “Don’t believe what they say about what she did to stay young. He had some facial surgery, but you don’t get anything from that. Don’t believe what they say about blood. These are not true. She was very careful about her diet, she went on exhaustive diets. He didn’t drink, he didn’t smoke, he just stayed up all night. Her biological clock was different. He couldn’t sleep before 7 in the morning.”
