For more than five years, the Eisperle has been delighting ice cream lovers in Graz in four shops. In these years, the ice cream manufactory has not only delighted tens of thousands of ice cream lovers, but also received a number of awards: Among other things, the Falstaff award for “best ice cream in Styria” three times in a row and for “Austria’s best ice cream” (1000 things award). Then as now, founder Mariane Leyacker-Schatzl is driven by one thing: inspiring customers from the first treat. In order to live up to this claim, she relies on regional, organic products, fresh fruit, hand-made and on the appeal of new, creative varieties.
