Kochi: Shobhana’s mother told police that her son Sunil Kumar (Pulsar Suni), the first accused in the case, had told them that they had met at a hotel in Aluva before abducting and torturing the actress. There is more information regarding this in the letter that Sunil handed over to his mother in the courtroom. The letter was forwarded to the Shobhana Investigation Team.
Shobhana said her son was aware that a man named ‘Siddique’ was present at the discussion at the hotel in Aluva, but did not know who it was. The probe team is in the process of re-recording Sunil Kumar’s confession in the case.
