Disney Dreamlight Valley: Update, characters, multiplayer… Gameloft announces heavy stuff for the future!

The entire 2023 roadmap for Disney Dreamlight Valley has just been revealed! On the program, a multitude of new characters and objects, new biomes and kingdoms but above all a multiplayer mode. Find out all the details of the upcoming updates in this article.

Disney’s next Dreamlight Valley update is just around the corner, and while we still don’t have a specific date, Gameloft has just revealed the roadmap for the months to come! Between new characters and multiplayer mode, there is something to be satisfied.

New characters to come

Thanks to the visuals and the various teasers on social networks, we already know a few characters who will be added to DDV in the coming months. That doesn’t mean they’ll be the only ones.

• June update: the Fairy Godmother (Cinderella)
• Summer update: Vanelopee (Wreck-It Ralph)
• September update: Belle (The beauty and the Beast)
• Supposed characters: The Beast, Ralph, Cinderella

Multiplayer mode is coming!

In addition to the characters that will be added to Dreamlight Valley, many new features will improve the gameplay of the game. Remember that it is still in early access and that we still do not know when it will go into free-to-play (version free). Among the major novelties, we can note:

• News Ways of the Stars forever more rewards,
• Again Kingdoms to explore in the Castle of Dreams,
• Again biomes in the valley,
• new chapters ofhistory,
• A new royal tool,
• The possibility of putting several houses in your Valley,
• And of course… the Multiplayer Mode!

This multiplayer mode should allow you to become friends with other players around the world, thanks to an internet connection, to be able to exchange objects but also to visit their Valleys. We don’t know yet if it will be possible to play real-time multiplayer like in Animal Crossing New Horizons for example.
