Al-Marsad Newspaper: Public health advisor and health promotion expert, Dr. Saleh Al-Ansari, revealed how healthy it is to walk following eating in order to reduce sugar levels.

And “Al-Ansari”, through a tweet on his Twitter account, posted a question saying: “Do we walk following eating to lower sugar?” To answer: “No,” pointing out that spreading the idea among the public is a risk, especially for the elderly and patients with chronic diseases.
