Al-Marsad newspaper: The General Directorate of Passports revealed the position of the citizen whose services were suspended from traveling.
A citizen asked, “I have services suspended, can I travel?” This is on Twitter.
And the Jawazat responded through its Twitter account: “Stopping services for a citizen does not prevent travel as long as you do not have a travel ban.”
