Doha Metro won applause by providing easy travel for fans from different parts of the world to reach the World Cup football. The Metro team is equipped with similar facilities for the Asian Cup. All 110 trains of Metro will be put on track.
The number of coaches on the Red Line will increase to 1120 passengers per train. The interval between metro trains has also been reduced to three minutes. Doha Metro has announced that there will be no change in the timetable except for the start of service from 12 noon on Friday, when the opening match will be held, and free Wi-Fi will also be provided to passengers at metro stations.
