Many new cars will be revealed at the Beijing Auto Show next week. One of the most intriguing will be M-Hunter from Dongfeng Mengshi Technology.

M-Hunter will be the brand’s second SUV after M-Hero 1, which was introduced last year. The M-Hunter will be one of the most extreme and powerful SUVs on the market.

It is also expected to be one of the most expensive cars in China. Local media reports that the expected starting price is well over 1 million yuan (about 13 million rubles), which exceeds the much higher cost. Luxury BYD YangWang U8.

It seems that Dongfeng sought to create the most extreme SUV possible and neglected all the amenities one would expect from a “civilian” four-wheel drive vehicle. The model looks a bit Ford Bronco DR, but it lacks doors and a windshield. The car features a red frame on wheels and horizontal bars where the doors would normally be.

Photos of the M-Hunter also show that the car is made of lightweight carbon fiber and has square wheel arches. Additionally, its appearance is complemented by bright LED headlights and an impressive winch. The wheels are wrapped in all-terrain tires, enhancing its ability to tackle even the toughest terrain.

Other notable features include LED lights and a large roof rack. The rear also houses two spare wheels and tires, like a Dakar driver.

At the moment, little is known about the car’s power plant. There’s a good chance it will be sold as either a BEV or an electric utility vehicle like the M-Hero 1.
