Bandai Namco Europe recently unveiled the Dragon Ball: The Breakers release date. So the latest one appears Dragon Balltitle on October 14, 2022. There will also be a closed network test on August 6th and 7th.
What’s the matter?
Dragon Ball: The Breakers plays in Dragon Ball Xenoverse-Universe and has a team of seven survivors try to escape from a robber. One of the main antagonists of the series, the robber must use his overwhelming power and his increasingly powerful evolutions to hunt down and defeat the survivors. The survivors are ordinary civilians trapped in a “time fringe” that traps them in a place where space and time have become confused. The main goal of the survivors is to escape the “time limit” using various gadgets. The most valuable of these are the transspheres, which contain the souls of super warriors and grant special abilities and powers when used.
In this dangerous environment that the survivors share with the raider, the hope is to use the super time machine to escape the time rift before the enemy becomes unstoppable.
Der Closed Network Test
A closed network test will take place on August 6th and 7th on all platforms. Players can here register to get access. Freeza, the newly announced Predator, and Cell will be available to play during this CNT. Avatar, Oolong Survivor Skin, and Bulma Survivor Skin will also be playable as survivors.
The CNT will be playable at the following times:
- Saturday, August 06 – 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m
- Saturday 06 August – 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m
An open beta test will be organized at a later date, further details will be announced shortly.
Dragon Ball: The Breakers will be available in three different editions:
- The Standard Edition will only be available digitally and will include the game. Pre-orderers will also receive a C-18 Transphere with the Wall Kick ability and the Scouter (Blue) accessory.
- Available in both retail and digital form, the Special Edition includes the full game plus the Special Edition Pack with a customizable costume, the Two-Handed Good Victory Pose, and the Dragon (Yellow) vehicle skin. Those who pre-order this edition will also unlock the C-18 Transphere and the Scouter (Blue) accessory.
- The Limited Edition will be exclusive to the Bandai Namco Store. In addition to the Special Edition content, the Limited Edition includes a Steelbook, three Raider stickers and the Cell Shell figure, as well as the “Potara (Green)” in-game accessory, which is a limited-time exclusive Bandai Namco Store bonus.
The game will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC and will be compatible with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Physical pre-orders for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC are available now from select retailers. Digital pre-orders will be available at a later date.
