DRC: Mboso predicts the success of Judith Suminwa as prime minister

As part of the negotiations within the Sacred Union of the Nation for the formation of the new government, Christophe Mboso, president of the provisional office of the National Assembly, was received on Thursday April 11, 2024 by Prime Minister Judith Suminwa. He expressed to the latter his optimism and his conviction in favor of collective successes for all Congolese citizens.

“I leave with a very great impression of Madam Prime Minister. I am satisfied with the conversations I had with her. I spoke with a Prime Minister as if she had held this position a long time ago. It’s a great satisfaction that gives me hope that she will succeed in her mission. I told her she will succeed. This Prime Minister will pleasantly surprise us,” he declared.

As for the installation of the final office of the National Assembly, Mboso reassured of its imminent establishment.

“We are in full preparation to finalize the last points of the extraordinary session concerning the election and installation of members of the office of the National Assembly,” he underlined.

Well before Mboso, other members of the presidium of the Sacred Union, such as Augustin Kabuya, Jean-Pierre Bemba, Modeste Bahati Lukwebo and Vital Kamerhe, also exchanged with J. Suminwa.
