Dr. Susan Al-Badri emphasized that the amount of water that the human body needs daily during Ramadan varies from one person to another, as we find:

  • Women: 9 cups per day, equivalent to two or two and a half liters, and in the case of pregnancy and breastfeeding, the quantity increases to 11 or 12 cups.
  • Men: 13 cups per day, equivalent to 3 liters.
  • teens: 6 to 8 cups per day.
