With the support of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, J&T Express, a Chinese company specialized in logistics services and solutions, has expanded its operations in Dubai, taking the emirate as a strategic center for it to expand to other markets in the region.

Since the company’s establishment in Dubai last year, the company has grown from just 5 employees to 380 employees, and currently operates a fleet of 220 delivery trucks, while the company’s total investment so far in Dubai has reached 30 million dirhams, with it currently owning 3 warehouses in 3 different free zones in Dubai.

The company’s expansion in Dubai came as the Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s external representative office in Shenzhen, China, facilitated the company’s entry into the Dubai market, and assisted it with all the required information regarding market opportunities, laws and legislation, and the selection of the appropriate free zone and licenses.

The external offices of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce focus their efforts on attracting promising companies that can support the development of Dubai’s digital economy and other sectors, in addition to introducing business opportunities in emerging markets in Africa, Eurasia and Latin America, and facilitating the benefit of the Chamber’s members.
