Murugan Kattakkada, Director of Malayalam Mission, said that the Dubai chapter is making progress that can be modeled for any chapter in the activities of the Malayalam Mission Chapter. He was inaugurating the annual general council meeting and Onam celebration held at Khwizais Badminton Sports Academy, via Zoom. Expatriate Welfare Board Director NK Kunjahammad was the chief guest.
President Sonia Shinoy presided. Secretary Pradeep Thopil presented the activity report. A 33-member Executive Committee and other related committees were formed and office-bearers elected for the year 2023 – 2025. The new committee consists of Vinod Nambiar (Chairman), Ambujam Satish (President), Dilip CNN (Secretary) and Ferozia Dileefrahman (Convener). The Onam celebration held after the meeting was supplemented by Onam feast and various Onam programs presented by the teachers and workers.
