Due to an accident, one section of the M2 subway was not running

Metro No. 2 is once once more operating on a full line in Budapest, BKK Info announced on its Facebook page on Thursday morning.

The National Disaster Management Directorate announced that one train ran over a person at the Blaha Lujza tér station. The injured person was taken out of the tracks and handed over to the rescuers, they wrote.

According to the Budapest Police Headquarters, the subway ran over a woman who was taken to hospital.
