Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV: capital increase confirmed

The Board of Directors has decided to set the amount at approximately 290 million francs, corresponding to a ratio of one new share for six existing ones.

In response to the press release of June 2, 2022, the Board of Directors of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV confirms its decision to carry out a capital increase.

Following the evolution of the macroeconomic situation, the Board of Directors decided to set the amount at around 290 million francs, corresponding to a ratio of 1 new share for 6 existing ones. The subscription period will run from August 29 to September 9, 2022.

This operation aims to finance:

• the construction of five new projects in Thônex, Geneva, Bülach, Nyon and Lausanne for an amount of 130.6 million francs,
• the payment of the balance of the acquisition of a real estate company of 13 residential buildings located in Geneva, Nyon and Rolle for an amount of 44.8 million,
• and the secure acquisition of three residential buildings in Geneva for an amount of 80.3 million, and the reduction of the level of indebtedness.

The final information and the offering document of the capital increase will be published on August 17, 2022.
