He explained that it is necessary to take care of taking vitamin C and vitamin D, because they are rich in antioxidants that protect against diseases, and it is necessary to eat fresh vegetables in a salad dish, which is rich in ingredients that strengthen immunity.
Dr. Reda Ibrahim warned against getting the “3*1” influenza injection available in pharmacies because it contains ingredients that cause allergies and irritation, and it also contains cortisone and antibiotics, although influenza and cold infections are viral and do not require treatment with antibiotics.
