Ekaterina Andreeva called Ovsyannikova a “traitor”: “I could pour green paint”

The host of the Vremya program, Ekaterina Andreeva, commented on the incident with the poster, with which Marina Ovsyannikova, the editor of Channel One, burst into the air of her program on March 14, reports News.ru.

In response to Ovsyannikova’s assertion that Channel One was lying, Andreeva stated that she would never agree to this. “We always carefully check all the facts,” the presenter explained, pointing to the absence of lawsuits.

According to Andreeva, Ovsyannikova got into the news studio without any problems, because everyone knew her well and did not expect this. The presenter called the editor “a thief on trust.”

“She could hit me on the head, pour green paint on me,” Andreeva said, calling Ovsyannikova a “traitor.”

According to the TV presenter, it would be more honest for Ovsyannikova to quit, in a situation where her views differ from the position of the channel. Andreeva cited as an example a similar act of two other employees, to whom in this case she treated with understanding.

Andreeva added that Ovsyannikova has a young man living abroad, to whom, according to the TV presenter, she will go now.
