Governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev, Mayor Alexei Orlov and head of the Sverdlovsk Railway Ivan Kolesnikov signed an agreement on the creation of the Novokoltsovsky route. The document was signed at Innoprom.
βThe agreement is a huge step towards the creation of a transport framework, which we have been talking regarding for a long time,β Mayor Alexei Orlov said. β This document establishes the areas of responsibility of the subject, the municipality and Russian Railways, including in matters of urban planning, adjustments to the master plan for the development of Yekaterinburg, as well as the formation of a single agglomeration tariff.
