On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Shotou Shinkou and illustrated by Huuka Kazabana, Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life: Dai-2 no Shokugyou wo Ete, Sekai Saikyou ni Narimashita (The Reincarnated Sage’s Alternate World Life: I Got a Second Profession, and Became the Most Powerful in the World), or simply known as My Isekai Life, the second promotional video of the project was published. The video shows a fragment of the closing theme titled “Gohan da yo! These people !!” and interpreted by the Surachanzua musical unit made up of the six members of the voice cast who play the slimes.
The series is scheduled to premiere next July in Japan, while no platform has announced its distribution in the West. On the other hand, Shinkou started publishing the light novels with illustrations by Kazabana in 2018, through the publishing label GA Novel from SB Creativeand with the twelfth volume published on June 12 in Japan. Jean Ponse is in charge of the manga adaptation, which has been published through the publisher Square Enix since 2018.

Yuuji Sano, an employee of a sweatshop, is summoned to another world while finishing work at home. His profession in the other world, monster tamer, is considered a job that makes it difficult to become an adventurer. However, thanks to some slimes he met who read various magical books, he gained magical powers and a second profession, that of a sage. Yuuji acquired overwhelming power, but is he aware of his strength? He blindly becomes the strongest and peerless in the entire new world.
