Electricity prices: new offers to save money by consuming off-the-shelf

It is, it seems, in the old pots that one makes the best soups. As part of its comprehensive plan to sobriety that the government will present in mid-September, one section will concern new electricity offers aimed at individuals. Their principle? Shift consumption to times when demand is lowest, often at night, and where electricity is therefore the cheapest.
