schedule12:06 – 3 Mars, 2023

Elon Musk CEO of Tesla is planning to bring to the market a new electric car, cheaper, and affordable for many consumers.

Musk said last year that he had abandoned plans to create a $25,000 car, known as the Model 2, because it did not yet have the new battery technology that had been touted as a must for cheap cars.

Mass-market expansion is seen as vital to Tesla’s goal of increasing vehicle use to 20 million by 2030. Shares are up regarding 60% year-to-date but are still at half their value maximum in November 2021.

Musk is expected to talk regarding his new plan, known as Master Plan Part Three, at an Investor Day on Wednesday. The plan in question includes factory expansion and capital expenditures. However, investors are said to be cautious, as Elon Musk often changes his mind on his investment timelines.

Tesla’s CEO reportedly said the new car platform might hit the market in 2025, once more said to be faster in terms of the time it takes to develop a new vehicle in years faster than in the automotive industry. /abcnews.al
