Dubai: Dubai’s Emirates Airlines has announced the launch of additional services to London’s Heathrow Airport. There will be five services per week.
The additional services will commence from October 31, 2023 and extend to March 30, 2024. Additional services will be started temporarily considering the increase in the number of passengers and congestion during the winter season. Emirates currently operates six daily services to London Heathrow. A380 aircraft are used. Additional services will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will be used for these services.
Emirates flight EK41 will depart Dubai at 1.20pm and arrive at London Heathrow at 5.20pm local time. From there, flight EK42 will depart at 8.15 pm and reach Dubai at 7.15 am local time the next day. Tickets can be booked through www.emirates.com, Emirates sales offices, travel agents and online travel agents. There are currently 126 weekly services to the UK.

Dubai: Emirates Airlines has announced that the flight service to Osaka has been temporarily canceled due to bad weather. The airline has canceled service as Typhoon Lan moves towards Japan.
Emirates Airlines flights EK316 and EK317 to and from Osaka were canceled on Monday. The airline has informed that it has been extended till Tuesday. The services to Osaka on August 14 and 15 have been cancelled. The airline said it will not accept passengers to Osaka until further notice. Passengers who have booked tickets should contact travel agents or local Emirates offices for rebooking, the airline said.
