Ajman, November 29, WAM/ His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, praised the achievements of the Strategy and Performance Development Department and its relentless endeavor to enhance the quality of institutional performance in Ajman Police. This came during His Excellency’s inspection tour of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, and heads of departments, according to the time inspection program to see the progress of work procedures and discuss needs and requirements for development and modernization.
His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police started his tour by inspecting the administration departments and was briefed on the workflow and performance of the employees, and praised the excellence achieved by the leadership in delighting customers by providing distinguished services in a way that contributes to achieving the trust and satisfaction of customers, and praised the implementation of the requirements for obtaining a 7-star rating within the star system Global classification of services, as well as preparing files for participation in local awards, and participation in international awards.
His Excellency was briefed on the processes and their evidence, the audit of the international specifications obtained by the leadership, the applied policies, the outputs of the Six Sigma Center, and the operational plans in total quality management, in addition to reviewing the complaints and proposals report and achieving their targets, stressing the importance of supporting and promoting innovative ideas.
At the end of the inspection tour, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi praised the efforts of all employees of the Strategy and Performance Development Department and their keenness to perform their duties to the fullest, wishing them continued success in the performance of their duties.
