SEOUL, Aug. 19 (WAM) — Seoul has expressed its deep regret over statements made by Kim Yo-jong, sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, regarding the “bold initiative” of South Korean President Yun Seok-yeol, in which he expressed his country’s readiness to provide economic assistance.
