Emirates News Agency – Strong competitions in the “Razeen Mazayna” and crowning the winners

ABU DHABI, 21st November, WAM / The second day of the Razeen Mazayna, the second leg of the Al Dhafra Festival, witnessed a strong competition between camel owners from the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to reach the first positions in the runs of Mafarid Al Talad and the partners of the localities and Majahim.
The winners of the auction rounds were crowned in the presence of Issa Saif Al Mazrouei, Vice-Chairman of the Festivals and Cultural Programs Management Committee in Abu Dhabi, Obaid Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Director of the Committee’s Planning and Projects Department, and a number of senior camel owners and fans of traditional auctions and competitions.
The results in the Mafarid Talad race for the sons of the tribes (1) – localities resulted in the victory of “Hayam” for its owner, Muhammad Salem Muhammad Al-Mansoori, in the first place, and “Afa’al” won the second place for its owner, Nasser Hamad Suhail Awaida Al-Khaili, while the third came, “Al-Dhabi” for its owner, Ali Ghanem. Saeed Salim Al Mansouri, and “Wafa” owned by Salem Mohamed Salem Mohamed Al Mansouri came in fourth place, while “Al Yah” owned by Salem Mohamed Abdullah Bu Awanah Al Mansouri won fifth place.
