ABU DHABI, 21st November, WAM / The second day of the Razeen Mazayna, the second leg of the Al Dhafra Festival, witnessed a strong competition between camel owners from the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to reach the first positions in the runs of Mafarid Al Talad and the partners of the localities and Majahim.
The winners of the auction rounds were crowned in the presence of Issa Saif Al Mazrouei, Vice-Chairman of the Festivals and Cultural Programs Management Committee in Abu Dhabi, Obaid Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Director of the Committee’s Planning and Projects Department, and a number of senior camel owners and fans of traditional auctions and competitions.
The results in the Mafarid Talad race for the sons of the tribes (1) – localities resulted in the victory of “Hayam” for its owner, Muhammad Salem Muhammad Al-Mansoori, in the first place, and “Afa’al” won the second place for its owner, Nasser Hamad Suhail Awaida Al-Khaili, while the third came, “Al-Dhabi” for its owner, Ali Ghanem. Saeed Salim Al Mansouri, and “Wafa” owned by Salem Mohamed Salem Mohamed Al Mansouri came in fourth place, while “Al Yah” owned by Salem Mohamed Abdullah Bu Awanah Al Mansouri won fifth place.
The results showed in the Mafarid Talad round for the sons of the tribes (2) – localities, “Samiha” won by its owner, Muhammad Saleh Abdullah Al-Rashdi, won the first place, and “Amazement” by its owner, Muhammad Abdullah Muhammad Bu Awana Al-Mansoori, came in the third place, while “Tarab” came to its owner, His Excellency Ali. Salem bin Wanis Al-Kaabi, and “Al-Hayma” owned by Muhammad Salem Muhammad Al-Mansoori ranked fourth, while “Mughtha” owned by Muhammad Bakhit Muhammad Bakhit Al-Mansoori ranked fifth.
In the run of Mafarid Sharaya for the sons of the tribes, open to partners – localities, “Rumz Al-Sharqiya” for its owner, Ali Muhammad Salim Rashid Al-Mazami, won the first place, and “Ghada” for its owner, Saeed Yaslam Salem Waqash, won the third place, and “Ghanj” for its owner, Mohsen Muhammad Salem Khawar, came in second place. “Ned” for its owner in fourth place, Abdul Hakim Salem Lahman Khamis Al-Amiri, while “Al-Ghazil” for its owner, Ali Masoud Mahdi Hatil Al-Ahbabi, finished fifth.

The results showed in the Mafarid Talad race for the sons of the tribes (2) – Majahim that “Al-Tayla” won by its owner Awad Salem Awad Al-Menhali won the first place, and in the second place “Dhayer” owned by Salem Ahmed Muhammad Blade Al-Marar, and the third place “Al-Ashwa” for its owner Ahmed Muslim Bakhit Al-Khawar. The “heavy” of its owner, Obaid Muslim Obaid Al-Menhali, came in fourth place, while the “Al-Rahee’ah” of its owner, Mubarak Ali Saeed Al-Hajri, ranked fifth.

And “Sumou” for its owner, Rames Salem Saleh Saeed Al-Minhali, ranked fourth, Abdul Hakim Salem Lahman Khamis Al-Amiri, and “Al-Hayla” for its owner, Nasser Muhammad Taweelb Al-Mansouri, ranked fifth.
