Such is the case of Adriana Ramírez Sánchez, a Creole who for several years has focused on converting her knowledge and her voice into an echo for the entire world with her recommendations on how to have an adequate eating routine and exercises to the day to day
Graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors in Sports Medicine from Keizer University (United States), Ramírez did not doubt for a moment that this was what she wanted to dedicate body and soul to. But it was with the arrival of her four children that she took the necessary impulse to make an idea come true that would later make her an example to follow for many women: Her body totally changed and with excess weight due to different pregnancies, motivated her to tell about that particular life experience, its ups and downs and its magnificent process of change through the networks.
This is how the name that currently gives her much more recognition than her own stack was born: MO4T (Mom of 4 Transform) and later, led her to create the APP “Funny Challenge” with which she shares all her knowledge to those who wish to be the engine of change in their own lives.
