On a blackboard, a little child’s note: “I love you dad.” Love, Cyrille Pittier, a solid baker who took over the business from his in-laws in 2013, is going to need it. This year, his electricity bill will drop from around 2,500 to 28,000 francs per month on average. “We will be forced to cut our wages and slightly increase prices,” explains the baker.
