He said during an intervention with Al-Ekhbariya channel: “Primary health care has witnessed a huge leap in the past period, and there is currently an electronic health system in 95% of health centers.” Pointing out that the rest of the centers will be completed in the coming period.

He continued: “This system helped us make the standards for service provision clear, and the patient’s file can be viewed and diseases treated systematically in all regions of the Kingdom.”

He continued: “The Wasfati project is present in all health centers. Medicines are provided in health centers, and the beneficiary can take treatment from commercial pharmacies, in addition to strengthening the connection between primary health centers and hospitals upon referral.”
A doctor for every family project
He added: “We implemented a doctor for every family project, where we linked those in the project to family doctors, so that every family has its own doctor and nurse, and every person enters the application and communicates with his own doctor, and we activated the chat feature with the doctor and nurse,” pointing out that the work has been completed. On this digital infrastructure, this feature will be fully activated in 2024.
