Ensuring Safety: Trained Lifeguards Deployed at Dubai Beaches by Dubai Municipality

Dubai beaches will now have trained lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers. Dubai Municipality is deploying 140 lifeguards for this purpose.

124 Lifeguards who are well experienced in security field, 12 supervisors and three managers to supervise their activities. The team consisting of them will be on the scene for the safety of people going into the sea at various beaches in Dubai.

They are also provided with modern equipment for communication and rescue operations. Lifeguards will be present at the beaches of Mamsar Beach, Mamsar Corniche, Jumeirah One, Two, Three, Jumeirah One, Two, Al Shurukh, Al Sufu and Jebel En.

Dubai Municipality officials said that the service of lifeguards is part of the measures to make Dubai a city that provides not only beautiful sights but also safe entertainment for tourists.
