Vienna – The Constitutional Court (VfGH) sees no violation of personal rights in the suggestion that entrepreneur Siegfried Wolf might have been a lobbyist for the Russian state-owned company Gazprom. Wolf was so titled in the Greens’ parliamentary group report on the ÖVP committee of inquiry. The designation is not defamatory, it said in a broadcast from the Constitutional Court on Friday.
