If there is no setback, as of June 7, fans will be able to visit the new Museum

It will be located in the current Palau de Gel and will be active until November 2024, the date on which the new Spotify Camp Nou is scheduled to open.

FC Barcelona is in the middle of reforming the new temporary Museum, located next to the Palau Blaugrana, in the building where the Palau de Gel was located. The president of the Barcelona club, Joan Laporta, along with Jaume Roures, founding partner of GRUP MEDIAPRO, have led the delegation that has made a visit to the works to see the status of the project.

Work on this transitory space is advancing as scheduled and, if there are no setbacks, Starting on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, the Catalans will be able to visit the new Museumalso called Barça Immersive Tourwhich will be in use until the new one of the future Spotify Camp Nou is inaugurated, the 2024/25 season.

The project is being developed jointly with Mediapro Exhibitionsthe division of GRUP MEDIAPRO specialized in the creation and development of exhibition and museum-graphic projects, and which already carried out the reform of the current Museum in 2010.

In the new temporary Museum, the remodeling has affected all the space occupied by the Ice Rink and its auxiliary areas, such as the changing rooms, and also the façade, where new accesses have been created.

In this sense, the new space will have approximately 2,400 m2 and will be divided into different areas to create a better experience for the visitor, with the purpose of temporarily replacing the current Stadium Tour & Museumgiven that the works on Spotify Camp Nou will begin this June 2023 and the return to the Stadium is scheduled for November 2024, before the club’s 125th anniversary (November 29, 2024).
