The American cosmetics and perfume company Estee Lauder, which owns the brands MAC, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone, Origins, DKNY, Tom Ford Beauty, has announced the suspension of all commercial activities in Russia. This is stated in statement press service on the company’s website.
According to a press release, Estee Lauder will close all stores it owns and operates in Russia, as well as its brand websites and deliveries to retail stores in Russia. It is noted that earlier the company announced the termination of business investments and initiatives of Estee Lauder in Russia.
Formerly the American company PVH, which includes the brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, decided suspend work in Russia and Belarus. As specified in the company, from March 7, all stores will be temporarily closed. “This decision follows additional steps we have taken regarding our business operations in the region,” the organization said. Online sales were suspended on February 28.
