Estonian Prime Minister Kaya Kallas has announced her resignation. This was announced on Thursday by the press service of the government of the republic.

“Prime Minister Kaya Kallas officially informed the government this morning of her decision to resign of her own free will. Together with her, the entire government resigns,” the government said in a statement.

In recent days, Kallas’ departure is not the only one in European politics. Earlier, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stepped down from his post. Now he is temporarily acting head of the Cabinet until autumn.
